My name is Grace and my pronouns are she/her.
I am a registered Art Therapist working at Yellow Gum Art Therapy Studio on Saturdays and providing outreach on other days. Grace works with teens and adults.
As an Art Therapist and practicing artist, Grace is passionate about helping others use art for self-expression and self-discovery. Grace previously worked as a peer practitioner at Eating Disorders Victoria with youth and adults impacted by mental ill health and trauma, using a strengths-based and recovery-oriented approach. This informed her progression to becoming a master's-trained therapist who values empowering others, being genuine, embracing each individual's uniqueness, and building connections.
During her Master of Art Therapy through La Trobe, Grace has completed clinical placements at St Vincent's Palliative Care and a kindergarten. She has also worked in an art gallery and in her own art practice uses watercolours.
