About Art Therapy
Art Therapy utilises art-making, exploring imagery, other expressive processes such as movement and sound, and conversation to support emotional wellbeing, reflection and self-expression.
Our approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, neuro-affirming and flexible and can be adapted to suit each person’s needs. Sessions may be more art-based, more conversation-based, or a combination of both.
Art Therapy can support people experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, disability, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges and complex mental health concerns.
