At Finding Wellbeing, we are a passionate team of therapists committed to inclusive and creative mental health care. Through Art Therapy and Counselling, we support clients of all ages to strengthen identity, confidence, and self-expression, while also building regulation skills, reducing stress, and fostering healthier relationships.
