BOOKING TERMS:

This link is for concession rate casual bookings only within next 4 weeks.

Payment:

Payment made upfront through paypal.

Concession casual booking fee is $133 per hour (=$130 +$3 online booking fee).

Changes & Cancellations:

To make a change please notify at least 48 hours before appointment time, otherwise appointment is non-changeable and fee is non-refundable.

Switching from in-person to telehealth is free and can be done any time.
