About us
At Finding Wellbeing, we are a passionate team of highly trained Art Therapists and Counsellors committed to inclusive and creative mental health care. We support clients of all ages to strengthen identity, confidence, and self-expression, while also building regulation skills, reducing stress, and fostering healthier relationships. Guided by values of inclusion, safety, respect, and connection, we use creative processes to help people explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and feel more empowered in their lives.
