About us
At Finding Wellbeing, we offer inclusive and creative mental health support through Art Therapy and Counselling. Our services are designed to meet you where you’re at - whether facilitated in our studio, in your home or school, or online.
We work with children, young people and adults across a range of mental health and disability needs. As an experienced NDIS Registered Provider, we tailor our support to each person’s unique goals, strengths and lived experience.

Our Approach
Art Therapy and Counselling with us can involve creative expression and/or reflective conversation about emotions, identity, and life experiences within a safe, therapeutic space.
We support you to reconnect with your creative side and process thoughts and feelings, strengthening mental health, building self-awareness and creating space for healing.

Located: Yellow Gum Art Therapy Studio (Mill Park)
Located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, our studio is a warm and creative environment where we offer individual Art Therapy and Counselling sessions.

Telehealth
We offer online Art Therapy and Counselling via video conference or phone, so you can access support no matter your location.

Outreach
For added convenience, we provide outreach visits to homes, schools, and community settings across Melbourne’s north.
